About Taste of Argentina

Taste of Argentina is a public-private initiative led by the Consulate General of the Argentine Republic in Florida in collaboration with the Argentine-American Chamber of Commerce of Florida (AACC), bringing together restaurants, chefs, food brands, and consumers to celebrate the richness and creativity of Argentine cuisine during one of the most exciting seasons for the Argentine community in Florida.

More than a traditional food promotion, Taste of Argentina invites restaurants across Florida to showcase Argentine-inspired dishes, flavors, ingredients, wines, and culinary traditions through special menus, limited-time offers, and unique dining experiences.

The program is not limited to traditional Argentine restaurants. From steakhouses and Italian restaurants to sushi bars, fusion concepts, cafés, and bakeries, participating establishments are encouraged to creatively incorporate an Argentine touch into their offerings. Whether it's a classic Argentine asado, a chimichurri-inspired creation, or a contemporary interpretation of Argentine flavors, Taste of Argentina highlights the diversity and innovation of the country's gastronomy.

With more than 100,000 Argentine visitors expected to travel to Miami during this period, along with the broader South Florida community, the initiative creates a unique platform for participating businesses to increase visibility, attract new customers, and connect with consumers through strategic promotions and partnerships, including Uber Eats and other leading collaborators.
